We use blankets, chairs, and blocks for support in the poses to ensure that you can be comfortable and properly aligned yet appropriate to your body so you can let go of tension. We encourage ease in every pose, and show you how to take Yoga into your life. You'll be surprised at how effective this style is at reducing your aches and pains, calming your mental noise, and making you more effective in your life!
